In order to confirm a reservation the client must pay one night in 72 hours after receiving the paypal bill (this applies also to reservations via booking.com). The prepayment is non-refundable (but transferable to another date in case of any travel restrictions). Payments at the hotel are ONLY received IN CASH (US$ or Colones). Clients may pay via paypal IF they are willing to pay a commission (8%). Please not that there apply 13% taxes on the accommodation and meal rates. Meals at Encanto Restaurant require a reservation with anticipation of min. 1/2 day. Encanto Lodge is NOT in the center of Drake Bay, it is off the village. Pick-up from Drake Bay boat station or Drake Bay airport is free (reserve in advance), also Drop-Off to Drake Bay boat station and Drake Bay airport. Parking is free. Transport to Tour Starting Point is included as described in our Tour/experience descriptions, ONLY if the tour is reserved through us. It is necessary to use a canoe/kayak in order to get to the beach. Kayak/canoe use is free for our guests. Pets are not allowed. Smoking only in the designated smoking area. The use of our facilities, trails and services is on your own risk. Encanto Lodge recommends to bring a flash light, sun protection, rain coat, insect protection and (rubber) boots. For Corcovado and Caño Island you must bring a reusable drinking bottle.I read and accept the terms & conditions
